What We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and basic profile information from your chosen sign-in provider (Google, Twitter, GitHub, or Facebook). We also store the URLs you submit for brand analysis and any content generated through the platform.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide MakeMeSeen's services — analysing your brand, generating content, and publishing to your connected accounts. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your brand data and generated content belong to you.
Connected Accounts
When you connect social media accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business), we store OAuth tokens securely to publish content on your behalf. You can disconnect any account at any time from your Connections page, which revokes our access immediately.
AI Processing
We use AI services (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) to analyse your brand data and generate content. Your business information is sent to these services for processing but is not used to train their models. Generated content is stored in your account and is not shared with other users.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We use row-level security to ensure you can only access your own data. We do not store payment card details — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.
Your Rights
You can export or delete your data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party analytics cookies are set.
