1. Service Description

MakeMeSeen is an automated marketing platform that analyses your business's online presence and generates content for social media and business listing platforms. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and connected social media accounts. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use MakeMeSeen. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content generated through MakeMeSeen. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published. MakeMeSeen is not liable for any content published to your connected accounts through the platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MakeMeSeen to generate or publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or that violates the terms of service of any connected platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free tier features are subject to usage limits.

6. Connected Platforms

When you connect third-party accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business), you authorise MakeMeSeen to post content on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs, terms, or availability.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content is generated using AI models and may occasionally contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. MakeMeSeen provides approval workflows to help you review content, but final responsibility for published content rests with you.

8. Limitation of Liability

MakeMeSeen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of business, reputation damage, or platform account restrictions resulting from published content.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
